Comme tous les oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments, il est un catalyseur actif. Il acc\u00e9l\u00e8re une s\u00e9rie de r\u00e9actions biochimiques dans les plantes. Il participe aux processus de photosynth\u00e8se, de floraison, de formation des graines et de fixation biologique. Il contribue aussi \u00e0 la synth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines et de la lignine. Cette derni\u00e8re, avec la cellulose, constitue les tissus lignifi\u00e9s des plantes vasculaires.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"179\" data-end=\"668\">Avec l\u2019h\u00e9micellulose, elle d\u00e9termine la solidit\u00e9 des tiges et des troncs. Il est commun\u00e9ment admis que le cuivre am\u00e9liore la r\u00e9sistance des plantes aux maladies. Mais la r\u00e9sistance aux maladies fongiques d\u00e9pend de l\u2019apport optimal en cuivre. D\u2019autre part, les plantes avec une concentration \u00e9lev\u00e9e en Cu pr\u00e9sentent \u00e9galement une sensibilit\u00e9 accrue \u00e0 certains agents pathog\u00e8nes.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1230\">Une fonction tout aussi importante du cuivre est sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler la formation de l\u2019ADN et de l\u2019ARN. Ainsi, une carence en cuivre ralentira consid\u00e9rablement la reproduction des plantes (r\u00e9duira la formation des grains, entra\u00eenera la st\u00e9rilit\u00e9).<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"2202\">Bien que l\u2019exportation maximale de cuivre \u2014 53 g pour la formation d\u2019une tonne de production \u2014 soit caract\u00e9ristique de la betterave sucri\u00e8re, cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment joue un r\u00f4le tout aussi important dans le rendement du colza d\u2019hiver. M\u00eame si l\u2019exportation se situe \u00e0 8,5 g, le bl\u00e9 en exporte un peu plus. Environ 10 g. Il semble peu probable que le cuivre puisse influencer le rendement du colza. On pense g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement que ce rendement d\u00e9pend uniquement du bore et du soufre. N\u2019est-ce pas ? Cependant, des chercheurs de diff\u00e9rents pays, apr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes approfondies, ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 l\u2019impact incontestable de cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment sur la formation du rendement du colza d\u2019hiver.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"2202\">Ainsi, \u00e0 l\u2019Institut national de recherche en p\u00e9dologie et en agronomie en Pologne, une \u00e9tude sur l\u2019application au sol et foliaire de sulfate de cuivre sur le colza d\u2019hiver a montr\u00e9 que l\u2019apport de cuivre, dans des sols pauvres ou moyens en cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment, a conduit \u00e0 une augmentation du rendement de 2 \u00e0 6 %. Une augmentation statistiquement significative du rendement du colza a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenue avec une fertilisation foliaire au cuivre \u00e0 raison de 250 g\/ha et une fertilisation au sol \u00e0 raison de 12 kg\/ha. L\u2019application foliaire et pr\u00e9-semis de cuivre \u00e0 raison de 8 \u00e0 12 kg\/ha a \u00e9galement conduit \u00e0 une augmentation notable de la concentration en huile dans les graines des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s test\u00e9es. Sous l\u2019effet de l\u2019apport en cuivre, on a \u00e9galement observ\u00e9 une tendance favorable \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation de sa concentration dans les graines.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2726\" data-end=\"3178\">Dans une autre \u00e9tude men\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019agriculture de Rawalpindi au Pakistan (33\u00b0 39\u2032 06.7\u2033 N 73\u00b0 04\u2032 49.6\u2033 E), pour deux traitements foliaires du colza aux stades BBCH 14-19 et BBCH 51-59, des nanoparticules d\u2019argent et de cuivre ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes concentrations \u2014 de 5 mg\/l \u00e0 35 mg\/l (<a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1038\/s41598-024-79269-3\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3032\" data-end=\"3120\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1038\/s41598-024-79269-3<\/a>). Comme le montre le tableau, les meilleurs indicateurs de rendement du colza d\u2019hiver ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenus avec une concentration de 25 mg\/l. Lorsque la concentration de la solution a \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9e, les param\u00e8tres biom\u00e9triques de la formation du rendement ont diminu\u00e9. Cela prouve une fois de plus que tout \u00e9l\u00e9ment, y compris le cuivre, n\u2019exerce un effet positif sur les plantes qu\u2019\u00e0 des concentrations optimales.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"121\" data-end=\"1122\">Un exc\u00e8s ou un d\u00e9ficit emp\u00eachera d\u2019obtenir le niveau de rendement souhait\u00e9.
